The water required for production is treated through a purification process and it remains on the go in a closed circuit system of stainless steel pipes.

 Primary and secondary conditioning of  solid pharmaceutical forms
 Solid pharmaceutical forms (tablets, capsules, pills…) manufactured in Laboratorios Asociados Nupel, have the conservation of properties, the characteristics of the medicine and its pharmacological activity guaranteed. This is possible through using the primary conditioning of the products, the best materials in the market (aluminium-aluminium). All products are conditioned in aluminium-aluminium strips in order to maintain intact the therapeutical properties along the expiration period.

 The use of aluminium-aluminium in the primary conditioning contributes great advantages referring to the use of traditional materials such as PVC or PVDC. One of the main advantages is the higher leaktightness of aluminium compared with PVC’s. This way, we improve considerably the preservation conditions of the medicine. On the other hand, conditioning in strips, avoids the material to suffer excessive deformations in the alveoli formation, minimizing this way the appearance of possible fissures that would let the product change.  As well as the indicated advantages, the products manufactured in Laboratorios Asociados Nupel, are presented in precut aluminum-aluminium strips. This system lets the patient personalize easily and simply every dose composing the medicine. The conditioning of products with this personalizing system of the dose, has special utility in hospitals, as it saves time in the preparation of medication for the patients.

 Regarding the secondary conditioning, it is important to enhance that all the packages used for our products’ conditioning, have a system that allows to guarantee the inviolability of the container. This way, we ensure that such container has not been manipulated from its manufacture to the exact moment of the use of the medicine.

 Secondary conditioning of syrups, suspensions and solutions 

 In the conditioning of syrups, suspensions and solutions, the main innovation we introduce is the use of book-type labels. In these labels it is included the whole information in the leaflet as well as other pieces of information that can be useful for the patient (way of preparation of the suspension, posologies…).

 With these labels, we guarantee that this important information for the patient will be always available, as it is in the same package of the medicine. Another advantage of this type of labels is the use of colours and graphics that facilitate the patient the comprehension of the information in such label.
